In our Dreaming we had a special snake. But it died out. Now we have the Umbrella Lizard.
The Wandjina Snake had small wings. Old painting. You can see in a big gorge on the right-hand side of Mount House. He’s in a cave now. Real poisonous. He will follow you, see your tracks, till he gets you. This story is before my grandmother’s time. Told by Jack Dale.
