Theresa Nowee Napaltjarri

Theresa has painted her father’s country which is centred around Puntujalpa (Jupiter Well) near the community of Kiwirrkura. The painting depicts the different features of the country including the tali (sandhills), spinifex and desert trees as well as bush tomatoes and raisins. The central circle is a warniri (rockhole).
