Nora Wompi Nungurrayi

Nora has painted some of her country, called Kunawarritji, far to the south west of Balgo Hills along the middle stretches of the Canning Stock Route. Rockholes which are important water sources are represented by concentric circles. This country is full of kumbraht, a type of bush raisin which is plucked off low bushes and eaten raw.
