Red sea is a dreamtime story of a time when our ancestors were out fishing. They fished all day and did not catch anything.
Just before sunset, they asked their ancestral guardians to help them catch some fish so they could take home. The ancestral guardians danced in front of the sunset, causing the sea to go red and the fish started swimming to the surface. They caught the fish and as soon as they had enough fish for supper, the ancestral guardians stopped dancing, the sea went back to normal, the sunset and they got back to shore just in time before peach dark night.
