The story:
This Dreaming belongs to the artist’s granddaughter. It represents the place where the owl lives at Lander River at the top of the Tanami Desert. The Owl lives at all the waterholes on the Tanami waiting to catch his food – snakes, mice and frogs. This design is marked out on the ground for the ceremony Owl Dreaming.
