Mick Quilliam

Mick has painted an accurate mapping of the Herbert River behind Cairns in far north Queensland. He rafted this river early in 2013 to attend a wedding “on river”. The camp sites are identified by the roundels. He shows a kayak at the top right and an inflatable raft in the lower left of the painting. The grass trees feature beautifully and can be found in every state and territory of Australia.
