This is a Tingarri painting of the ancestors travels through a very sacred region north of Tjukurla called Kulkurda. The custodians of Tjukurla are also the custodians of this country and it very difficult to access these days. No-one is allowed to travel there unaccompanied and no hunting is allowed on this country. It is forbidden to stay there at night and the landforms are the resting place of the spirits of deceased family members that watch over the country. Neil has painted the rockholes and creeks there with the puli (large hills) on one side and the spinifex country on the other. All of the men are there. This painting was exhibited in Desert Mob 2011 at the Araluen Cultural Precinct in September 2011 as catalogue number TJR06.
