Leonie Kamutu Napaltjarri

Papa Tjukurrpa (Dog Dreaming) – Nyumanu Nyumannu is a Dingo Dreaming place to the south east of Kintore – it is said that if you sleep in this place you will dream of the ancestral puppies. The story goes that if you remove one of the gleaming stones found at Nyumanu, the ancestral puppies will haunt your dreams until you return it to the place it belongs. The custodians of this tjukurrpa are the Nungarrayi, Tjungarrayi, Napaltjarri and Tjapaltjarri skin names.
