The story:
Dora Lane has painted the Seven Sisters around Wanarn Community. Kungarrangkalpa is the story of the Seven Sister Creation Beings who are pursued by the man Yurla over a huge area of the Western Desert. This painting was the signature work for Art Mob’s April 2009 exhibition “Papulankutja & Patjarr Paintings”.
