Tjaduwa (Angelina) Woods

Angelina was one of a small extended family group located near Wayara, north of Illkurlka in 1987. With a small son (aged about 5) at the time Angelina had been living in the northern portion of Spinifex for her entire life up until that point. She was born at Ikiwarratja. This painting shows the country running basically east/west in a band through the northern section of Spinkfex. Angelina mentions the following sites that she had lived around; Ikiwarratjaa, Irbibii, Ikutjara, Muntatjalla, Tjawarr, Kata, Tjuratjara, Wartu, Tjukatjarra, Kuralla, Tjintulunya, Neuman, Tjurluum Purr-Purr, Purlitjii, Kapi, Wiatjara, Marrunyirrin, Kalibii, Ngayaltjii, Pulitjii, Nyirr-Nyirr and Umarl.
