This bark was painted about 1970 in Western Arnhem Land. The mimi people were the people who preceded the Aboriginal people in Arnhem Land. They taught the Aboriginal people everything they needed to know to live – to hunt, catch fish, make tools, make fire, to dance & sing and also taught them the law. Their spirits now reside in the cracks of the rocks and are seen occasionally by the Kunwinjku people of Western Arnhem Land.
Cash – locally only – up to $10,000 only. Layby facilities available. Card details can be advised securely using WhatsApp.
