I just want to say that people might think that we are a tropical island and we don’t have swamps and all that, but we do have swamps and we have ducks and yabbies, which is called Kagul in my language. Kagul are those yabbies – we have them – and we do hunt for them towards the monsoon season. We hunt them on the swamps but anytime sometimes we go, but mainly monsoon time we go and you just stand in the water and they crawl up the leg and you catch them. Sometimes they bit you and get people going ‘ahh’ you know. We have these ducks that come along during monsoon from New Guinea – ducks, geese – that’s really a good time also we spend a lot of time with the swamps at the time. We catch them to eat them – the ducks and geese. Yeah that’s just to say that maybe people think that most of out thing is to do with the sea but we do hunt on the land and we do have tortoise on the island – all those tings, such as porcupines. They exist on the island.
