The story:
William’s Dingo Dreamings show his father’s country way out west of his home country – around Kaanpi and Wingelina, close to the WA border. It was in this country that the Ancestral Dingo Man lived with his 3 wives. These ancestral people can be seen as the 4 roundels in this painting. The patterning reflects the different landscapes of the bush country. The Dingo Dreaming is William’s favourite dreaming to paint.
