Marilyn has painted a view of the Lake Eyre Basin showing the salt lakes. This region is vast and covers parts of the Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. The blue represents water, and the brown and grey represent the salt lakes. The white is the salt left behind after this massive water basin dries out.
