Jane Gimme Nungurrayi

Jane has painted some country close to Balgo. This country is centred around the site of the Wati Kutjarra (two goanna men) who travelled extensively throughout the desert. The central U shapes indicate where the Wati Kutjarra camped and is now the place of two prominent hills. Surrounding the Wati Kutjarra is a hill where people dig for red ochre and the outer lines are tali (sandhills).
