Many of Heather’s works depict her love of her country and the natural landscape. This work depicts the beautiful colours of Heather’s traditional country, the inspiration for many of her works. Water is a very important element of life in the Kimberley. The natural phenomena of the Kimberley, blood red sunsets, grasses bending before the winds and water in its many forms are given new meaning in Heather’s unique contemporary style.
