The artist has shown the different areas of mental health that have an impact on the lives of many indigenous people today. The large coloured circles in the background signify areas from child abuse that ends in adoption, other domestic violence that leads to separation, lack of work, dole dependency, drugs, alcohol, petrol sniffing and glue sniffing and the range of dependency on substances. The black hole is indicative of falling into depression.
