The story:
Peter has painted a group of peope (U shapes) around a waterhole or camp site. He shows that it is emu country by the footsteps. The overlaying grid shows Peter’s typical Emu Dreaming imagery with the footsteps of the Ancestral Emu Man moving about Peter’s grandfather’s country as he created the landscape of the Kamilaroi people.
