Beerbee Mungnari

This place is Kamanmankarrl (Bamboo Spring), near Rosewood country, close to the NT border. Beerbee worked as a cattle man on this station when he was a younger man. Little Bamboo Creek runs from Bamboo Creek ( at the junction of the two hills). At this place bush bamboo (murrakumun) grows. It is good for making spears. Beerbee used to muster cattle along Bamboo Creek. Bamboo Yard is located way up pass the left. Beerbee says before the station was set up which brought more people to the area, this was wild and dangerous country.
