Fairy Wrens (In Rainbow Country)
‘I’ve always called it my fairytale, we have the Dreamtime, very special times, ancient, all sorts of special, different, unique creations, not just here but all over the earth, strange, amazing, wonderous, always exciting us, sometimes frightening us. It started early for me. Things I still don’t understand, being so young, even now. For I understand it takes an eternity to learn all, ‘forever’. Then in 1983 west of Alice Springs in central Australia, on the 2nd of January, very hot day, my parents dropped me off at a cattle station for juveniles, as soon as my parents left me there, I wandered around, not much at all, except after checking out the small yards for the animals whilst standing under some trees, with not much shade at all, just started looking up into the trees. Then movement. And to me well I’m really into little red robins, all my life trying to get a good look a good look at it. Another little robin moved just left of it. But this one was blue. Still not realising they were fairy wrens, another little bird. This time yellow to the right higher up, I feel so excited, pretty fascinated, shocked, I felt straight away I was lucky, special, to see this, but before getting a really good look, the red one kept flying away, the other two would follow in order I first saw them, after leading me a very long way they settled finally. I just stared at them for ages it seems. Then looking for some time, and thinking wow look how far I’ve come from the hills, and they are not robins, their tailfeathers stick straight up. And that’s when my self kicked in, first time really going to live out bush, this is not normal, this has to be the work of the Kadatja Man. It’s too far out honestly, the first day I arrive not even an hour and I see this, too freaky, eerie, bit scary, oops, it’s when I knew for sure. Here’s me standing right near him, but I can’t see him anywhere, he’s telling me somehow I’m alone and I’m just following three pretty little birds. Now if that’s not mind-blowing, which I ran so fast in RM’s, riding boots, square toes, he must have had a really good laugh at me. But it’s what he has got, and what he can do, so fascinating, in our culture, and all across Australia, initiation opens your mind, not physically, but spiritually. The doors open everywhere, the further you go/attend each year, the more attain some principle all over every creation everywhere. You go further, you reach Kadatjta Man, from normal man/young to very spiritual, takes time, some are born with it, witchdoctors, healers etc. If lucky, you get to learn very much knowledge, and get shown out of this world schemes, real things,, things from all round the earth, the spirit world Rainbow Serpents that look like ancient dinosaurs, gifts and powers beyond belief. The pyramids, not ever mentioned, never ever seen, but listen, the law will show (reveal) pyramids and more beyond our earth, they connect all that is, Ngarte is responsible, one day we’ll all find this out. Our peoples will always call him the boss. My dad told me that. His people told him when he was a little boy. Dreamtime.’ – Cameron
