Gold Country
This is Yipirinya – Alice Springs N.T.
Giant caterpillars travelling from East to West.
These are the MacDonnell Ranges.
Such a beautiful place on the Earth, sacred and majestic.
Hills surrounding, rivers, creeks, gorges, gaps, water aplenty underground and on top waterholes.
Our old men they are always there all throughout the country. They are featured, so special to us all, from Ngarte.
It’s all truly golden country and all who dwell upon this land are golden too.
The Todd River is ancient, as is all this country, and I am a descendant which makes me kinda ancient in my lineage.
Running through Alice Springs , it goes east, joined by Emily’s, then Jessies, and finishes out on flat ground way out east.
I honestly want you to enjoy this painting. It may be never referred, as it took me from March 22 to December 16th 2022, and I’m told constantly that I’m respectively unknown after 17 years painting, and I’m the only human on earth that paints like this.
So small and intricate, so special, but, Merry Xmas to you. BYE.
