The story:
Genevieve paints her Father’s Bush Turkey Dreaming and Country which lies to the west of the Sandover River on Utopia Station. This story is significant in the DreamTime and is often sung and danced at ceremonial times. The story relates to the Bush Turkey searching for seeds and finding its way to the water hole to drink, the paintings show the tracks the Turkey is making and the fine dotting show the seeds that are eaten.
