The story:
This painting shows the artist’s grandfather’s Tjukurrpa (Dreaming) story as she was taught by her grandfather himself. The painting shows the stars at night – pintirri mungangka. The place to which this Tjukurrpa is connected is Kungkayunti (Brown’s Bore), which means ‘women dancing’.
