The story:
This is a painting of ceremony at Kunaputa, a place close to Kwirrakura. Josephine has painted women lining up for law or tingari. Some women are shown sitting down waiting for waru or fire. Others are shown as initiates dancing the Luurnpa Tjukurrpa or the Kingfisher Dreaming. This Tjukurrpa story travels all the way from Balgo down to Kunaputa.
