Lily has painted a Wandjina and a ceremony for bush tucker increase. The local Aboriginal people are performing a bush tucker increase ceremony, using boomerangs for music. The hills where this bush tucker can be found are shown along with a coolamon full of wild bush tucker. This is very typical of traditional ceremony in the Kalumburu region of the north Kimberley. This particular piece is trapezoidal in shape – a nice reflection on the rock surfaces where such Wandjinas are typically found in the Kimberley.
