Graduation Ceremony
This exhibition continues in spirit the touring exhibition “Yidumduma Bill Harney: Bush Professor” curated by Margie West and launched by Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre, Katherine, NT in May 2016. It subsequently toured regional Australia finishing at Charles Darwin University in Darwin in May 2018. Art Mob assisted in the selection of works for this exhibition and four stock works from that show are exhibited in this new rendition of Yidumduma Bill Harney’s oeuvre.
Many of the works presented have not been shown previously. The exhibition will be opened by Margie West. Regrettably Bill Harney won’t be present due to ill health.
