Marina said she has painted her mother's dreaming, Lupul, north of Kintore. The circles represent important water or rock hole sites and the lines connecting the circles are the creeks or the water flowing across the lands. The white and pink lined areas are the sand hills. The rock holes collect the water during the rains. Knowledge of where to find water was handed down from generation to generation to ensure survival in the desert.
