Biography
Also known as Nyurapayia Mrs Bennett or just Mrs Bennett. Born at Yumara, Nyurapayia Nampitjinpa commenced painting during 1993/94 at the time when senior women from Haasts Bluff and Kintore were introduced to painting materials so they could depict their Dreaming stories. Nyurapayia and Makinti Napanangka sometimes collaborate on a painting. John John bennett Tjapangarti was her husband until he passed away in 2003.
