Biography
Nita was born in Warrumi where she lived her whole life.
Nita is very talented pandanus weaver who was taught by her Mother many years. Nita’s sister Rosemary is also a very skilled weaver and both ladies have produced many weavings for Mardbalk Arts & Craft Centre.
Nita loves to eat bush foods with her favourite being wild yams.
