Fiona left school in 1988 and worked for several months at Nguiu Adult Education Centre before joining Munupi Arts & Crafts. She participated in the Canberra printmaking workshop held in 1991. Fiona is currently completing her Certificate II in Arts and Crafts with Batchelor College.
Her partner is Declan Apuatimi, son of the renowned Declan Snr and Jean Baptiste Apuatimi.
